7G16 Pro Product Q&A
How do I connect to my phone?
Open the case and take out the earbuds, then select "G16 Pro" in your phone's Bluetooth list. After the first pairing, they reconnect automatically every time you open the lid.
The earbuds will not connect to my phone. What should I do?
Put the earbuds back in the case, close the lid for 10 seconds, then reopen. In your phone's Bluetooth settings, delete the old "G16 Pro" entry and pair again. If it still fails, try resetting the earbuds (see below).
How do I reset the earbuds?
Put both earbuds back in the case and press and hold the case button (if equipped) for about 5 seconds until the indicator flashes — or close the lid for 10 seconds and reopen. Exact behavior depends on the firmware version.
Can I use a single earbud?
Yes. Either earbud can be used on its own for calls and music; taking out both restores stereo automatically.
Why is the charging case screen not lighting up?
First check whether the case has power: connect the charging cable for about 1 minute and check again. If the screen is still off, press and hold the case button to reset (if equipped) or contact support.
Can the screen display lyrics?
Yes. When you play music through an app that supports lyric sync, the screen can show lyrics and playback information.
How do I customize the screen wallpaper?
Choose a preset wallpaper through the companion app (if supported) or the settings page on the screen; the exact menu depends on the firmware version.
One earbud has no sound. What should I do?
Put that earbud back in the case and take it out again to reconnect; check your phone's volume and channel balance settings. If the issue persists, contact support.
The other party cannot hear me clearly on calls. What should I do?
This product features ENC call noise reduction. Make sure the earbuds fit snugly in your ears and the microphone openings are not blocked; in noisy places, speak closer to the microphone.
How long does the case take to charge, and how long does it last?
The charging case fully charges in about 1–1.5 hours. Single earbud playback is about 4–6 hours at 70% volume, and up to about 30 hours total with the case. Charge both fully before first use.
Is it water resistant?
Rated IPX4 — resistant to everyday sweat and splashes, suitable for commuting and workouts. Do not immerse the earbuds in water or use them in the shower or while swimming, and keep the charging port dry while charging.
How do I enter game mode?
Simply switch to game mode on the charging case screen — audio and video stay in sync with lower latency.
